Can I view your furniture in person? Do you have a showroom?

We don't have a physical showroom yet. However, you can come and see us in our workshop, and workshop bonuses include pieces in progress and seeing where the magic happens.

Are you based in the UK?

We’re a three-person team at the moment, working from our small workshop in Hertford, Hertfordshire, just to the North of London. 

Is it possible to change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Changes:

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Wherever possible, we'll try and accommodate changes to bespoke orders. However, we can't guarantee that we will always be able to do so.

Cancellations:  

We can't accept cancellations on collection orders from our website once payment has cleared, so please ensure that you are sure about your order before confirming.

Cancellation on bespoke orders may be possible in certain circumstances and at our discretion. Deposits are not refundable under any conditions. If we are too far into the production process, we may not be able to accept cancellation without the remaining payment of 50% balance for your order.

Bespoke products are often specific and take a great deal of work, so please be sure when you place your order.

Can you assist me with decorating my home or shop?

Yes, you can fill your house with Martelo and Mo pieces. We recommend you do!

We have extensive experience in visual merchandising, interior design and woodworking.  

We can provide you with guidance on timber, finish, sizes, and how we can create complementary pieces for your space; just let us know.  

How long does it take to get Martelo and Mo piece of furniture? 

Depending on what you’d like, our Martelo and Mo Collection Items have a 6-8-week lead time, and bespoke orders can take longer.  

Bespoke pieces are determined on an individual basis and the size of the job required. We can work out all the details once you’ve confirmed your design.

Can you create something bespoke for me?

That is what we love doing the most!

We can make your vaguest ideas come to life in a bespoke Martelo and Mo piece by collaborating with you or your designer.

From floating shelves and drink cabinets to dining room tables and upholstered armchairs, we can custom-create pretty much anything.

How long does it take to create a bespoke piece of furniture?

It all depends on you and your big ideas.  

There are a few factors: the size of the project, whether we need to engage other suppliers to assist (upholsterers or metal workers etc.) and how quickly you can provide us with information and feedback.

I’ve made a little boo-boo on my furniture; what do I do to fix it? 

We get it, things happen, and we’ve built your piece of furniture to hang through most stuff.

The finishes we use are durable and easy to maintain and repair. Read our care instructions for more helpful details.

But if it’s something that you don’t know what to do with, contact us with an explanation and images, and we will do our best to help you. If in doubt, do this before anything else!

How much will it cost to ship a piece domestically or abroad?
