Once approved, you will receive your trade account details and can begin ordering from our collection or contact us about bespoke project requirements.
Who can apply?
Our trade programme is open to registered businesses working within interior design, architecture, styling, FF&E, procurement and related areas of the interiors industry.
You do not need to be VAT registered, but we will ask for your business details and a website as part of the application process.
Applications are reviewed individually and, once approved, we will send you your trade account details and information on how to order.

New trade accounts begin with a standard trade discount, with additional pricing considered for larger quantities and project orders.
Samples
Wood and finish samples are available to approved trade customers on request, helping you compare materials and specify finishes for a project.
Small tray samples may also be available for selected projects on a case-by-case basis.
Bespoke options
If one of our standard trays isn't quite right, we can customise dimensions, timber, colour, handles, height and selected design details.
Bespoke requests are considered individually, and we will always advise what is practical before confirming an order.

Lead times
We keep our lead times as clear as possible so you can plan around your project.

Trays for interiors, studios and client projects
Our trays are used in a variety of ways across residential and commercial interiors.
They can be specified as ottoman trays for completed rooms, made to suit custom furniture, used for styling and material presentations, kept within design studios or given as client gifts.
With a wide choice of standard sizes and finishes, many projects can be specified directly from the collection. When something more specific is needed, we can also adjust dimensions, timber, colour and selected design details.

Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. You do not need to be VAT registered to apply, but you must be able to provide valid business information.
What trade discount will I receive?
Approved new trade accounts receive a trade discount across our collection. Additional pricing may be available for larger quantity or project orders.
Your trade terms will be confirmed when your account is approved.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order requirement for our trade programme.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Approved trade customers can request samples of our wood and painted finishes.
Can you make trays to bespoke dimensions?
Yes. If one of our standard sizes isn't suitable, we can make trays to bespoke dimensions.
Bespoke trays are made to order and are non-returnable, so we recommend checking all measurements carefully before confirming your order.
Can you make trays in a custom colour?
Yes. Alongside our standard painted finishes, we can work with specified paint colours where suitable.
If you are working with a particular interior scheme, send us the colour reference and we can confirm what is possible.
What other details can be customised?
Depending on the design, we may be able to adjust dimensions, timber, colour, tray height, handles and selected design details.

Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes. For bespoke trays, larger quantities or project-specific requirements, contact us with as much information as possible, and we can provide a quotation.
Can you work to a project deadline?
Usually, yes.
Our standard lead times are listed above, but if you are working towards an installation, photoshoot, event or other fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is achievable.
Can I order on behalf of my client?
Yes. Trade customers are welcome to source and order trays directly for their clients.
If you prefer, you can also specify the product and direct your client to our website to place the order themselves.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with customers and design professionals in the UK and internationally.
Shipping costs and any applicable import duties will depend on the destination and order value.
